The Office of the Dean of Research (Projects, Grants & Publications) (ODR) is the central research office of the O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University) (JGU). The office has a three-fold focus on projects, grants, and publications, with a particular emphasis on facilitating interinstitutional research collaborations. The primary objectives of the office are to foster a university-wide research ecosystem, streamline research-related processes, and promote research-related activities at the university. It functions as a university-level nodal office for promoting impact-driven research across all the schools, research institutes, and the 60+ research centers of the university. The principal mandate of the office is to enhance the University’s research and publication profile by assisting the university’s researchers in achieving their research and publication goals, including providing full spectrum support for externally and internally funded research projects.

Internships and placements
Providing internships and placements to our highly qualified, motivated and diverse student body is another way in which institutions and organizations can engage with the JGU family. JGU draws students from multiple countries across continents, as well as students from all over India. The students are constantly trained in research and academic writing and have completed internships and obtained placements in some of the top firms, organizations, and institutions in the country. The student body conducts research activities on a wide array of subjects, and the talent can be tapped into by institutions offering them internships, or placements at the end of their courses. Indeed, the highly trained body will be able to effectively add significant value to the organization’s research work.
