JGU-Cambridge Programme on Commercial Laws and Corporate Governance (JCSTSAP I)
Description
This programme explores the various facets of business transactions encompassing contracts, companies, insolvency, and competition. The students would also benefit from a comparative analysis as well as an interdisciplinary approach of these laws across major common law jurisdictions. This would enable the students to trace the evolution of various aspects of corporate and commercial laws. In addition to this, the students would be able to highlight the distinguishing features of these themes, as applied in India. The students would also benefit from the exposure to practical aspects, beyond the theoretical dimensions of these laws.
