Japan's Culture, Heritage and Modernity

Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) and O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) are jointly offer a short-term Study Abroad Programme at TUJ’s Kyoto Campus from mid June to early July. Centered on the theme “Japan’s Culture, Heritage and Modernity”, the program provides 40 JGU students with an immersive learning experience through the course “Asian Business in Japan” taught by TUJ faculty, along with curated excursions to Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. Students engage with Japan’s cultural traditions, modern innovations, and business practices in a structured academic and experiential setting.

The program includes classroom learning, field visits, housing provided by TUJ, and catered weekday meals. This initiative not only enhances Indo-Japanese academic collaboration but also fosters cross-cultural understanding, equipping students with valuable insights into Japan’s economic strategies and innovation-driven environment.
