What Makes It Different at JGU

Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP) is committed to research and is dedicated to generating ideas, knowledge, and practices of democratized development. JSGP engages with the contemporary policy environment, which demands new imaginations, methodologies, and revitalized ethics.

Through collaborations both nationally and internationally, JSGP promotes interdisciplinary studies, joint teaching and research programmes, and develops a comparative perspective on global policy issues. The school provides students with a strong theoretical education and exposes them to the field in both rural and urban contexts, as well as actual institutional mechanisms.
JSGP also regularly invites academicians, activists, senior civil servants, politicians, NGOs workers, policymakers from UN and other international organizations to deliver lectures and interact with students and faculty, further enhancing the learning experience.
