Harsh Manohar

Harsh Manohar is an Assistant Lecturer, Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). He holds an LLM (Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation) from Penn State University and BA LLB (Constitutional Honors) from Nirma University. Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, he has worked as a Research Assistant to Prof. Ylli Dautaj (Adjunct Professor, Penn State University) and worked as a Subject Matter Expert (Arbitration) for Kluwer Law International.

His interest lies in Arbitration, both investment and commercial, Comparative Constitutional Law and making ADR more accessible in India
