The Centre for Constitutional Law Studies(CCLS) invites you for an engaging and critical discussion on judicial decision-making and majoritarian assumptions in constitutional adjudication. About the Presenter
Prof. Ankit Kaushik is an Assistant Professor of Law at NLU Delhi and a Gold Medallist in LL.M. (Constitutional and Criminal Law) from the same institution. He has previously served on the Committee for Reforms in Criminal Laws under the Ministry of Home Affairs. His scholarship critically engages with theoretical perspectives in constitutional and criminal law, and he has published widely in leading newspapers, blogs, and academic journals. His research seeks to bridge legal theory with practical reform in areas such as radicalisation, wrongful prosecution, crimes against women, and juvenile justice.
