This three-week intensive programme on Business and Corporate Law is hosted by the Columbia US Business Law Academy (CUBLA) at Columbia Law School, New York. This programme is designed for students interested in the principles and practice of business and corporate law. Through lectures, seminars, and case studies led by Columbia Law faculty and industry practitioners, the programme explores key areas such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and international business transactions. Students will gain insights into how legal frameworks shape corporate decision-making, business strategy, and compliance in a globalized economy. Complemented by experiential learning and engagement with New York’s legal and financial environment, the programme equips participants with a strong foundation to understand and critically analyze the evolving landscape of business and corporate law.
