The JGU–Deakin Short-Term Study Abroad Programme offers students an immersive two-week learning experience focused on the intersections of business, innovation, and sustainability in the Australian context. Hosted by Deakin University, the programme combines academic learning with practical industry engagement to provide students with a holistic perspective on contemporary business practices. Sessions by experts from leading industries, including IBM, will cover themes such as innovation, sustainability strategies, and technological advancements in global markets. The sessions include interactive workshops that will equip students with practical skills in sustainable business growth and problem-solving through real-world innovation models. Student will also visit the Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation, where they will gain first-hand exposure to cutting-edge research in robotics, intelligent systems, and simulation technologies. The programme provides students with an overview of how businesses adapt to global challenges, integrate sustainable practices, and foster innovation across industries.
