2. Water metres on all distribution lines to identify consumption, losses and leaks which in turn helps to achieve water conservation.

3. Dual flush toilets
4. Use of auto-sense urinals
5. Sprinklers for horticulture

1. Use of STP treated water
2. Hot water circulation pump
3. Water metres
4. Rainwater recharge pits
