Mr. Jitu Mishra
Senior Director, Human Resources & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jitu Mishra, as the Senior Director, Human Resources is responsible for conceptualising and implementing the Human Resource strategy for O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). Mr. Mishra joined JGU at a very critical juncture when we were well positioned to expand significantly in all aspects of institution building. Mr. Mishra’s leadership during the last seven years has provided greater degree of stability and sustainability in the growth and evolution of JGU.
Mr. Arun Kumar Jain
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Arun Jain is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He brings in a rich experience of over 22 years in wide ranging businesses viz. Pharmaceuticals, Education and Hospitality. Mr. Jain has worked with reputed institutions and organizations viz. AIMIL Pharmaceuticals India Ltd.; Span Air Pvt. Ltd. and Institute of Management Technology (IMT). Prior to joining JGU, he was working with Bennett University.
Ms. Deeksha Khera
Chief Student Affairs Officer
Ms. Deeksha Khera has joined as Chief Student Affairs Officer of O.P. Jindal Global University with effect from 21 January 2022. In this role Ms. Khera will be responsible for all matters related to the Student Housing Administration, Student Residential Life, Student Engagement, Wellbeing, Academic Counselling and Centre for Wellness & Counselling Services.
Professor (Dr.) Nitesh Bansal
Chief Compliance Officer, Professor & Vice Dean
Prof. Nitesh Bansal in his role as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the University is responsible for all matters related to the academic and non – academic Statutory and Regulatory compliances of the University. Dr. Nitesh is a qualified Physiotherapists with Ph.D. as his highest qualification and has been involved with various professional association/ bodies at national level and international level.
Prof. (Dr.) Upasana Mahanta
Dean, Admissions and Outreach & Professor, JGLS
Prof. (Dr.) Upasana Mahanta is Professor at Jindal Global Law School & Dean, Admissions and Outreach, O.P. Jindal Global University (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). Prior to joining Jindal Global University, she was working as an Assistant Professor in Centre for Women’s Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Prof. Padmanabha Ramanujam
Dean of Academic Governance, JGU and Professor of Law, JGLS
Professor Ramanujam was awarded the Distinguished Asia Link Fellowship, sponsored by the European Union at Hamburg University Institute of Law and Economics, Germany and the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of East Anglia, UK, with a distinction.
