Non-discrimination policy for employees

At O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) we are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and never engage in any form of unlawful discrimination.  Guided by global best practices and robust legal compliance, the university makes all employment decisions based on merit. No employee or candidate will be disadvantaged due to race, skin color, religion, caste, sex, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.

Any allegations of discrimination, harassment, or victimization can be formally addressed through the university’s grievance of redressal processes, with support available from the Anti-Discrimination Committee (Link) and The Anti-sexual Harrasment Committee (Link) Regular policy reviews and accountability mechanisms ensure a safe, inclusive workplace that reflects JGU’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity. Training modules and sensitization workshops are conducted for staff to create awareness and further embed these standards in campus culture.
