Arun Joshi serves as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Science, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Professor and Research Chair at the International School of Business and Media, Pune. He is UGC-NET qualified with top rank and a recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship. His research aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). His scholarly interests span organizational politics, employee experience, HR analytics, technology adoption, job performance, personality, and policing. He has presented his research at numerous national and international conferences and has contributed to highly regarded academic journals, including Personnel Review, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, and The Service Industries Journal.
