Childcare facilities

To support working and learning parents, especially women who disproportionately shoulder childcare responsibilities, JGU offers on-campus childcare facilities designed to be safe, affordable, and developmentally enriching for children. 

These facilities provide flexible hours aligning with academic schedules and offer play-based learning in nurturing environments. Proximity to academic buildings reduces commuting burdens, enabling parents to better balance responsibilities.

Childcare services are augmented by parenting support groups, counseling, and workshops on early childhood development. The provision of these resources reflects JGU’s recognition that structural support is essential for women’s sustained participation and success.
