JSIE

The Jindal Centre for Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship (JSiE) is a social impact centre at O.P Jindal Global University. The centre works to advance knowledge on social innovation and entrepreneurship and bring together networks of global actors working to address some of the most pressing global challenges. JSiE develops learning tools that enable leaders to take action on market-based approaches to social impact and experiment with social innovation ideas, and designs social innovation challenges and provides startup incubation services to support a rising generation of entrepreneurs in India. The world today facesan increasing array of environmental challenges that require greater levels of innovation and collaboration among industry, government, academia and the publicatlarge.The ongoing environmental crises are accompanied by lacunae in human are source development and relevant research at various levels.

JSES aims to fill this gap by combining theory and practice of environment & sustainability studies, research, outreach, advocacy and capacity building.
