B.A. (Hons.)

Global Affairs

The B.A. (Hons.) Global Affairs programme of Jindal School of International Affairs has been designed as India’s first ever interdisciplinary undergraduate degree to train students for international careers through basic learning in world affairs.

B.A. (Hons.)

Political Science

The B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science at JSIA brings multiple social science perspectives to canonical questions of political science, and takes a holistic approach to political science education that extends well beyond the classroom.

M.A.

Diplomacy, Law & Business

The M.A. DLB degree is intended to be neither a totally academic nor a fully vocational one. It stresses theoretical research but insists on relating it to empirically rich phenomena from the social world.

Ph.D.

Programme

Jindal School of International Affairs offers both full-time and part-time Ph.D. programme. The school places strong emphasis on geo-politics and global studies that are largely affecting international relations in the age of globalisation.

The objective of the Ph.D. Programme is to train scholars and guide them in the pursuit of knowledge creation and making significant contributions in the field of business management.

This dovetails with JGU’s overall institutional goal of becoming a knowledge storehouse in the social sciences, which have long played second fiddle to the hard sciences in Indian academia.
By attracting internationally qualified faculty members and pooling together minds from a number of inter-related academic disciplines under a single school, JSIA is positioning itself as a producer of knowledge and shaper of careers in international affairs. Read more...

Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) publishes the annual Jindal Journal of International Affairs (JJIA), which serves as a hallmark of quality research and analysis on the world’s most pressing issues. This journal bears testament to the strong culture of research on international issues that is being promoted along with world class teaching at JSIA.
