The Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) of OP Jindal Global University (JGU) has retained its position as the top-ranked law school in India for the 6th consecutive year in the QS World University Rankings.
JGU also secured top QS rankings in five new disciplines.
QS Subject Rankings evaluate a university's performance based on indicators such as academic reputation, employer reputation, research impact (citations and H-index), and international collaborations.
OP Jindal Global University's QS Rankings
1. Law and Legal Studies: Ranked as the Number 1 University in India for the sixth consecutive year and in the top 100 in the world. JGU has been ranked 78th globally in the field of Law and Legal Studies, according to the QS World University Rankings by Subject. JGLS offers 9 undergraduate and postgraduate programs in law, with a cutting-edge curriculum and global partnerships.
2. Politics and International Studies: Ranked as the Number 1 Private University in India and among the top 201-250 in the world for the first time. The ranking is a recognition of Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA), Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP) and the Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities (JSLH) as schools that shape global policy discourse, governance, and diplomacy.
3. Social Sciences and Management: Ranked as the Number 3 Private University in India and as Number 274 in the world for the first time.
4. Arts and Humanities: Ranked as the Number 1 Private University in India and as the Number 360 in the world for the first time.
5. Economics & Econometrics: Ranked as the Number 2 Private University in India and among the top 551-700 in the world for the first time. JSGP and Jindal School of Banking and Finance (JSBF) have established JGU as a leader in economic research, policy analysis, and financial studies.
6. Business and Management Studies: Ranked as the Number 6 Private University in India and among the top 451-500 in the world. The Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) focuses on an industry-oriented curriculum and global partnerships.
