In April, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted two training programmes designed in collaboration with various schools of JGU. Both programmes were run in partnership with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS).
The first course held from April 14 to 18 was an international training programme titled REACH (Resource, Early identification, Accommodation, Collaboration and Holistic development) that was specially curated for a group of 30 officers from the Royal Government of Bhutan. The training, held on JGU campus, aimed to strengthen behavioural competencies and build cross-cultural understanding among mid- and senior-level professionals.
The second programme hosted officers from the Border Security Force (BSF) for a 12-day on-campus training focused on core leadership and management processes. This long-duration course from April 21 to May 2 was designed to enhance strategic thinking, team leadership, and operational excellence among the BSF leadership cadre.
The curriculum of both training programmes was crafted by the academic leadership at JIBS to ensure relevance and maximum impact.
