JILDEE conducts executive education programmes

 
Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted three executive education programmes in August. It also signed a memorandum of understanding with the RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

From August 11 to 13, JILDEE organised a three-day training programme on 'Business Writing and Communication' for executives of Power Grid in Lucknow. The programme focused on enhancing participants' professional writing skills, effective communication strategies, and clarity in business correspondence, enabling them to strengthen work efficiency.

JILDEE collaborated for the first time with the Border Security Force (BSF) to conduct a one-week Leadership and Management Development Programme for Deputy Inspector Generals. The programme, held at the JGU campus from August 18 to 22, was designed to strengthen strategic thinking, adaptive leadership, and organisational management skills, while also addressing the complexities of decision-making in high-stakes environments. Eminent faculty and practitioners engaged with the BSF officers on themes such as transformational leadership, crisis management, negotiation, and leading diverse teams.

JILDEE organised a five-day 'Leadership Development Programme for Ready to Lead' for Jindal Leadership Transition Programme (JLTP) of Jindal Steel from August 25 to 29 at the JGU campus. The sessions provided an immersive learning experience in leadership excellence, organisational strategy, and personal effectiveness, focusing on preparing participants to navigate the evolving industrial landscape.

MoU with RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh

On August 14, JILDEE and JGU signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The MoU paves the way for conducting executive education programmes for civil service officers of the state. The partnership signifies JILDEE's growing role in shaping leadership across government institutions.
