Centre for Learning and Innovative Pedagogy (CLIP) conducted on April 10 a workshop led by Professor Dr. Sandeep Kumar Singh, focusing on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) enhanced by Generative AI Tools.
The session provided an overview of PjBL as a student-centered approach that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving. Participants were introduced to the shift from traditional instruction to a facilitator-driven model where authentic, interdisciplinary projects form the core of learning.
The workshop emphasised the integration of advanced AI tools — such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok — to enable participants ideating, designing and refining practical solutions. The participants applied principles of PjBL, utilised AI to enhance creativity and planning, and evaluated AI-generated outputs for their applicability in real-world contexts.
