CLIP conducts workshops on teaching

The Centre for Learning and Innovative Pedagogy (CLIP) conducted two workshops in February aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness and fostering innovation in pedagogy.

The first workshop was hosted on February 11, for the Jindal School of Psychology and Counselling (JSPC).  This experiential workshop entitled Inquire, Ideate, Inspire: Unlocking Innovative Potential for Teaching Excellence explored the innovation mindset in education. It invited participants to uncover patterns, reflect on latent inertia, and embrace innovative pedagogical practices.

In a workshop organised on February 20, for the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies (IDEAS), CLIP facilitated a workshop on The Backward Design for Effective Pedagogy: From Outcomes to Instruction. This hands-on workshop introduced participants to backward design, a structured framework for aligning teaching with learning outcomes.
