33. Are medical facilities available on campus?

Yes. Medical facilities are available on campus for participants who require medical assistance. Participants with ongoing medical needs should carry their prescribed medication and any essential medical information.

34. Whom should I contact if I have a medical emergency?

35. Will internet access be available on campus?

Participants should check the conference information provided closer to the event for details about Wi-Fi availability, access credentials, and any requirements for connecting personal devices.

36. Are there facilities for participants with accessibility requirements?

Participants who require wheelchair access, mobility assistance, accessible accommodation, dietary accommodations, or other support are encouraged to inform the Organising Committee as early as possible. Advance notice will help the team assess and coordinate appropriate arrangements.
