38. How will I receive updates about the conference?

Registered participants should monitor their registered email address for confirmation messages, acceptance notifications, logistical instructions, and other official updates from the Organising Committee.

39. What should I do if my registration or abstract submission confirmation has not arrived?

First, check your spam or junk folder and verify that you entered your email address correctly. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, contact the conference team using the official email address and include the name and email address used for registration or submission.
