Participants may submit proposals for individual paper presentations and panel discussions. The conference also encourages alternative presentation formats, including posters, PechaKucha presentations, and Three-Minute Thesis presentations, where appropriate.
300-600 words
Yes. Abstracts should relate to the main theme or one of the conference subthemes. Contributions outside the listed subthemes may also be considered; select “Other” in the submission form where appropriate.
All abstracts must be submitted through the designated online registration submission form on the official conference website. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted. Please ensure that you select the appropriate submission category before completing the form.
An individual author should not submit more than one abstract. Please review the submission instructions carefully before submitting.
Acceptance emails will be issued on a rolling basis. Please monitor your registered email address, including your spam or junk folder, for correspondence from the conference team.
Presenters may have the opportunity to publish their work through STAR Scholars Press and associated publication outlets. Selected papers may be considered for the STAR Book Series or relevant journals affiliated with STAR Scholars and Open Journals in Education (OJED).
Please note that submission or presentation does not guarantee publication or acceptance in a Scopus-indexed outlet. Publication is subject to the relevant editorial, peer-review, selection, and publication requirements.
The conference website lists 30 November 2026 as the deadline for full papers intended for publication through STAR Scholars Press. Please consult the official website for the applicable requirements and any subsequent updates.
