23. Is accommodation provided free of charge?

Yes. Registered participants will be provided with complimentary on-campus accommodation, subject to the conference’s registration confirmation and accommodation arrangements.

24. Will accommodation be on a single-occupancy or sharing basis?

Accommodation will be arranged on either a single-occupancy or sharing basis, depending upon availability. Specific allocations will be communicated to participants closer to the conference.

25. Are meals included?

Yes. meals and refreshments will be provided free of charge to registered participants as part of the conference arrangements.

26. Can I request a private room or special accommodation arrangements?

If you have a medical, accessibility-related, or other essential accommodation requirement, please contact the Organising Committee in advance. Requests will be considered subject to availability and the arrangements that can be made.

27. Can I arrive before 10 December or stay beyond the conference date?

Complimentary accommodation is intended for the conference period and will be subject to the confirmed accommodation schedule. Participants requiring early check-in or an extended stay should contact the Organising Committee before making travel arrangements.
