Biography

Dr. Siddharth Kanojia graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. He then completed his LL.B. degree from Faculty of Law. He holds an LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, U.K and a Ph.D. in Corporate Law & Governance from Unisa, Italy. He has also qualified for UGC’s NET and JRF in Law & Management.

Presently, he is associated with Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar and Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur in the capacity of visiting professor. Before joining JGU, he was associated with Bennett University and Symbiosis International University as Asst. Professor. Prior to the academic stints, he was designated as Legal Consultant and Legal Advisor in Jersey Island based Intellectual Property Management Company and Manchester-based FMCG Start-up.
