JILDEE conducts training programmes

 
In October, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted two executive training programmes.

The first was a one-day workshop on 'Introduction to Artificial Intelligence' conducted on October 10 for officials of Jindal Realty Limited in Sonipat.

The second was a five-day Career Transition Programme for Associate Vice Presidents of Jindal Steel Limited. The programme, held between October 13 and 17 at JGU campus, focused on strengthening leadership capability, communication excellence, and strategic management skills of the participants. The Founding Vice Chancellor of JGU, Professor (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar, delivered a session during the programme.

Both programmes were directed by Lt. Gen. Rajesh Kochhar, AVSM & Bar, SM, VSM (Retd.), Senior Director, JILDEE; and Dr. Mayank Dhaundiyal, Dean of Jindal Global Business School, as Academic Course Director.
