JILDEE conducts training programme, workshop

 
In September, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted leadership training programmes for Border Security Force, signed a new partnership with the Tripura government, and hosted an introductory Artificial Intelligence workshop at Jindal Realty Limited (JRL), Sonipat.

JILDEE, in partnership with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), conducted a five-day Leadership & Management Development Programme (LMDP) for Deputy Inspectors General of the Border Security Force (BSF) from September 8 to 12 at JGU campus. The programme provided the senior BSF officers with critical insights into leadership, strategic decision-making, and organisational development. The sessions focused on leadership, decision-making and organisational management.

Following the LMDP, JILDEE and JIBS delivered a 12-day Core Leadership & Management Development Programme (CLMDP) for BSF commandants from September 15 to 26. The training covered  ethics, crisis management, inclusive leadership, strategy, financial management, and wellness. Participants also attended  special session by  Mr. S.K. Sood (retd., BSF) and  interactive engagements JGU’s Founding Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar.

JILDEE and JGU formalised a partnership with the Government of Tripura through a memorandum of understanding to support capacity-building, academic exchange and executive education training aligned with  the state's developmental priorities.

A one-day workshop on 'Introduction to Artificial Intelligence' was held on August 30 at the Jindal Realty Limited (JRL), Sonipat. The workshop engaged 28 participants and aimed to build a basic  understanding of artificial intelligence and its emerging applications across professional and business settings.
