JILDEE conducts training programme

 
In November, the Jindal Institute of Leadership and Executive Education (JILDEE) organised a two-day training programme on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace for Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). The programme was held on November 6-7 at Mashobra, Shimla.

The programme opened on November 6 with an inaugural address by Lt. Gen. Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director of JILDEE. During the programme, JGU faculty members Prof. Mimi Roy and Prof. Archana Poonia led sessions introducing key legal frameworks, institutional mechanisms, core principles related to POSH compliance, and case studies.
