Zara Hasnain

Zara is an alumna of O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat and Jesus and Mary College, New Delhi. She has completed her post graduation in public policy (2017) and undergraduation in political science(Hons.) (2015) from the institutions mentioned above, respectively. Her interests are in the field of education and sanitation and she has over three years of experience in the development sector. She was previously associated with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Smart City Fellow and prior to that with the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation as Zila Swachh Bharat Prerak. She has worked in different regions- Chattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Mewat region of Haryana with Sehgal foundation on women empowerment project.

In her free time, Zara enjoys volunteering with non-governmental organisations.
