I had some idea on competency requirements of managers, but mostly I thought that every aspect is required. However, after the training session on Dr. Sahani and the subsequent exercise which he gave us, I was compelled into thinking and decide on relevant and non-relevant traits. Also, the importance of establishing communication in the form of feedback, change management, time management, and the art and science of coaching all in some or total does make a part of our everyday behavior and every aspect of the training will be helping me in some way or other.
The programme teaches a lot about Leadership quality. Also, regarding team building & importance of a feedback system in our respective working areas. The programme was quite motivational. We also learned about the value of empathy in our work field, especially when dealing with human resources in the organization, and other more important things which will help us in executing our work and the art to get the work done by others in a team. It will help me a lot in decision-making and to become a good leader in my field. Thanks a lot, to the programme organizer, faculty members, and the team.
The course was presented in a very improvised manner. It was communicative and informative. The orientation was also fine. I personally wish that such type of programme will be conducted in future.

An awesome training experience. One of the best campus I have visited full of liveliness and lots of energy. The faculty is well qualified and approachable.
