The University gymnasium is a spacious area consisting of various hi-tech equipments that provide students a chance to keep in shape, including treadmills, spinning machines, elliptical trainers and international standard weight-training equipment. In addition to this, yoga mats are provided and various yoga sessions are organized by the trainer for the students and faculty at mornings and evenings. The presence of a great audio video system keeps up the spirits of the young trainers.

Aerobics sessions are organized by the trainer and being a very important cardiovascular exercise, these sessions draw a large number of students who get training in low impact and high impact aerobic exercises.
