Round 2 – Entrance Examination

Applicants who have advanced to Round 2 will have to follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Appearing for Entrance Exam ( JSAT, if not given SAT/ACT/CUET, LSAT and UGAT)
  • Students qualifying the minimum cutoff requirements in the entrance exam will be notified over call/e-mail and shall move to Round 3.
Round 3 – Faculty Interview

This is the most important part of the application process. Applicants who get to this round will have an interview with a member of the faculty for their respective schools. There is no set format for these interviews, it is an opportunity with the applicant to find out more about a programme from faculty member directly.

Emphasis in these interviews is placed on oral communication, confidence, curiosity, clarity of expression, and nuanced thinking.

Some applicants may be asked to face a second interview*. This does not mean that the applicant is weak. Sometimes faculty members request an additional opinion or want the applicant to speak to a faculty member aligned to the applicant’s interests.

Important Instructions
  • Candidates shortlisted after Interview shall receive a Provisional Offer of Admissions over email.
  • If an applicant does not respond within the stipulated time their application is declared inactive.
  • Candidates willing to enroll are required to pay the registration fee to secure a seat.
  • After declaration of Board results students need to forward their transcripts to the Admissions team.
Waitlisted Applicants

Applicants may also be waitlisted depending on their results. Waitlisted applicants are requested to upload their XII results as soon as they are released. Such applicants may also be asked to do an additional interview.
