Prior to joining JGU, Shalini was working with Genpact at their various India and US offices for more than a decade. In her last role at Genpact, she was the onsite client relationship manager for a team of 25+ analysts doing end to end risk analytics for a US auto manufacturer. She has worked in the area of credit and fraud risk and customer experience analytics for clients like Toyota, GE Capital, Symantec, Groupon, Home Depot etc. She is an industry expert in the domain of banking and finance and has extensive experience with data intensive analytics techniques like strategy and model development in the areas of acquisition and account management risk (credit and fraud risk) in consumer credit businesses. She is seasoned in various industry analytical tools such as SAS, R, Tableau and Model Builder. Before joining Genpact, she has also worked in academic research at the Institute of Economic Growth as a Research Officer.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Panjab University. Her current research interest includes exploring consumer behaviour in areas of credit, sustainability etc.
