The Office of Career Services at Jindal School of Banking and Finance makes a constant endeavour to ensure that our students are well equipped to take on challenges of the world successfully. Over the years, B. Com Hons students have completed valuable internships and found excellent placement opportunities in the following sectors.
JSBF students have the opportunity to work on faculty-led projects and industry projects. Students are also encouraged to participate in JSBF research centres.
Leadership Skills
JSBF have a vibrant student body where students can become leaders and contribute to student welfare.
In addition to the courses that students of the B.Com. (Hons.) and B.A. (Hons.) Finance & Entrepreneurship have to pursue, they are also encouraged to actively participate in several co-curricular activities. Students have played an active role in the flagship conference of the Jindal School of Banking & Finance – the Global Financial Conclave – by handling the logistics, interacting with the speakers, and performing several other important roles.
JSBF Blog
Our students are also active in publishing the official blog of the Jindal School of Banking & Finance, the JSBF Report. The JSBF Report is the student-run official blog of the school with contributions being entirely sourced from articles written by students. The editorial team comprises of students of JSBF under the guidance of faculty members.

Jindal Centre for Social Innovation+ Entrepreneurship is a social impact centre that offers guidance and resources to early-stage start-up entrepreneurs.
Startup JGU Innovation Lab
Startup JGU provides space for JGU students and alumni to create, build and establish enterprises and organisations.
Research Projects
Students are also encouraged to actively participate in the research undertaken by faculty members. Students can pursue these avenues in the form of Research Internships or Independent Research Projects. While Research Internships count towards internships that students are encouraged to undertake during semester breaks, Independent Research Project are longer duration research projects that students can undertake during the semester along with coursework. They can obtain credits for both Research Internships and Independent Research Projects subject to the rules of the School.
