JILDEE conducts training programmes for CAG

In July and August, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted two on-campus training programmes for officials of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India in academic collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS).

The Mid-Career Training Programmes Level 4 for CAG for the current training year were conducted from July 31 to August 4 for 38 officers and from August 28 to September 2 for 37 officers.

Professor of Eminence (Dr.) Sanjeev P. Sahni, Founder & Principal Director, JIBS, as the academic course director of this programme, was instrumental in picking up the right mix of faculty from various schools of JGU. The programmes were inaugurated by Lt. Gen. Professor  (Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, AVSM and Bar, SM, VSM (Retd), Director of JILDEE. 

The following topics were covered during the programmes:

  • Effective Communication skills
  • Auditing and Cyber Security
  • Purpose and Effect of Public Debt on Economy
  • National strategy for achieving SDGs
  • Central policies and guidelines on IT Projects
  • Strategic Decision Making
  • Cloud Computing
  • Performance Management- Counselling, Mentoring and Coaching Talent Management
  • SDGs and the challenges of Gender Equality.
