Prof. (Dr.) Tanushree is a Professor in the Jindal Global Business School and Senior Additional Registrars in O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). Her work experience of two decades is evenly split between industry and academia. Her experience of managing the entire spectrum of Human Resources (HR) and HR advisory has enhanced her ability to weave together the warp of practice and weft of concepts well. She has worked in the HR and allied domains at organizations like Tata Projects, Delphi Automotive, Punwire Mobiles, and University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES).
Tanushree’s HR advisory revolved around developing learning interventions to strengthen organizational capabilities, assessing learning needs, mapping competencies, running assessment centre and managing performance.
She has been the program director and resource person for several management development and training programs. She has conducted many training sessions for senior officials from national and international, public and private sector organizations like GAIL, Oil India, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, ONGC, NHPC, NTPC, IGL, Amber, CAG, Central Tibet Administration, Bapex Oil and PetroBangla among others. She has held sessions in European Union’s project for capability building of Indian aviation sector, co-executed by UPES and Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt, Germany.
Tanushree has a Ph.D. in Management from UPES, Dehradun, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Masters in Arts with concentration in Organizational Psychology, Bachelors in Science, and Law from HNB Garhwal University. A six-sigma green belt, she has undergone accredited work study programs offered by Carlton Advanced Management Institute USA like Certified Trainer and Facilitator, Certified Competency and Performance Developer and Certified Organizational Development Analyst. She is a member of Association of Talent Development (ATD). She has published her work and participated in conferences at national and international platforms. Her work has been published in Elsevier and Emerald. Her current areas of interest include capability building, employee engagement, organizational culture and change.
