Shalini Lal

Shalini Lal is an organizational consultant working in the field of culture and capability. She helps clients build the internal organization for their business strategy. She has an MBA from IIM (A) and PhD in Organizational Behavior from UCLA. In a career spanning over twenty-five years, she has worked in many senior roles in HR, such as Director HR with Deutsche Bank, Chief HR Officer at Escorts Agri-machinery, Chief (Organizational Development) at Airtel. She is also an independent board director and frequently invited columnist, guest speaker and jury member for HR forums. She lives in New Delhi with her husband, two adult children, three dogs and one cat.
