Prof. Roscoe has a M.Sc. in Marketing from Kedge Business School, France and an M.Phil. in Management from emlyon business school, France. He is currently also a PhD candidate at emlyon. He holds a PGDBEM in Entrepreneurship from Entrepreneurship Development Institute, India.

Prior to JGBS, he taught strategic management for several years to master students at emlyon business school where he is a member of the STORM and OCE research centers. Several of his papers have been presented at leading international workshops, seminars and conferences, including the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management and he has published in top tier journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics.

He has worked for around 15 years in the education and IT sectors in various roles including research, teaching, marketing and sales, with his last industry stint being in corporate sales at LinkedIn Corp.

Outside of academia, Roscoe enjoys reading historical and westerns fiction, walking through the ‘old town’ parts of modern cities and strumming his guitar to country music.
