Dr. Pradeep Yadav

Dr. Pradeep Yadav is W. Ross Johnston Chair and Professor of Finance at the Price College of Business at University of Oklahoma. He was the Year 2017 Special Honoree of the European Finance Association for his “outstanding service to the finance profession.” His research has been published in leading academic and professional journals, and won several “best paper” awards: e.g., New York Stock Exchange Prize for best paper on market microstructure; Robert J. Schwartz Memorial Prize of Fisher Black Memorial Foundation and International Association of Financial Engineers for the most original research paper on derivatives; and Chicago Board of Trade Prize for Best Paper on Futures. His research has been funded by CFTC, NYU, UK ESRC, and Columbia, among others. He has served as Chairman of European Finance Association for 6 years, and earlier as its President. He has served on the Editorial Board of Review of Finance for 7 years. He has held Visiting Professor appointments at NYU Stern School of Business and UCLA Anderson School of Management multiple times. He has also served as a nonexecutive Director on the Board of Directors of several companies; extensively undertaken consulting assignments for financial/consulting firms/institutions;  and has been engaged as an expert in several major legal cases in U.S. courts. Prior to joining academia, he served in the Indian Administrative Service from 1976 to 1988.

Dr. Siva Nathan

Prof. Nathan’s teaching interest focuses on financial accounting. His research interests include studying the effects of accounting numbers on stock prices, and financial analysts’ earnings forecasts and investment recommendations. He has published numerous articles in publications such as the Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research and Contemporary Accounting Research. He is a recipient of the American Accounting Association Competitive Manuscript Award, and he has been widely cited in the business press for his research on the behavior of financial analysts.

Dr. Ram B. Ramachandran

Prof. Ram is an accomplished hands-on senior executive with over thirty-five year’s track record of building and leading global information management practices, high-growth businesses, and high-performing teams across financial services and retail industries. He has helped several Fortune 100 financial services firms with their enterprise transformation programs. Post the 2008 economic downturn, he led programs to implement robust credit risk and liquidity risk solutions in support of Dodd-Frank, CCAR, and BCBS regulations. He has also led strategy and implementation of solutions in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, and profitability. Most recently, he was the Managing Director at Ernst & Young, New York responsible for driving Data & Analytics, Robotics Process Automation, and Telematics solutions for his clients. Ram has worked with several blue chip companies including PwC, BearingPoint, Prudential Insurance, and Merrill Lynch in the US. He has led global consulting practice across US, Europe, Asia, and India, managing over 150 professionals and an annual portfolio of $8 million.
