Rajiv Inamdar retired in 2017 after 11 years as the Managing Director of Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Knowledge Management Centre.
Rajiv has 41 years of international experience in advertising, brand management, market research, consumer banking , private banking , asset management , credit cards and knowledge management with blue chip companies including Glaxo Smith Kline, JWT, Citibank, Standard Chartered, Nielsen, IMRB and Egon Zehnder.
He established two companies including Sri Lanka’s largest market research firm. He has worked in the UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Sri Lanka and India and serves on a Housing Finance company board.
He has a degree in Economics and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
