Pre-placement talks (PPT)/Webinars
PPTs provide an opportunity to the recruiting company and the students to interact with each other. The presentation by the company is generally about the history, growth potential, future opportunities, job roles, compensation details/stipend, location etc. Resumes of interested students will be sent to the company for evaluation and next steps in the selection process.
Owing to Covid-19, PPTs have transitioned to the Webinar format. This can be organized on GoToMeeting, MS Teams or other platforms as requested by your company.
Conducting the final selection
The Company is requested to keep the OCS informed on the selection of candidates at various stages of the recruitment procedure viz. resume shortlisting, group discussions, interviews etc. The company will subsequently inform the OCS on the final selection of candidates over email.
Facilities for Recruiters
The Institute is well equipped with necessary facilities. It has state of the art, air-conditioned classrooms/auditorium equipped with multimedia and audio-visual equipment, boardroom for group discussions, and rooms for conducting personal interviews. Any additional requirements can be shared in advance and the OCS will accommodate these requests to the best of its abilities.
Day Zero Placements
Specific dates in the calendar will be blocked for placements of the graduating batch of 2021. This is tentatively planned for October and February. To participate in this, you are requested to write to email@example.com
