Biography

Dr. Geethika Raj is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at Jindal Global Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-Kozhikode).

Her research has been published in good academic journals, including the Human Resource Management Review and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. She has actively contributed to the global academic community by presenting her work at prestigious international conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM) Conference, the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference, and the British Academy of Management (BAM) Conference, as well as national platforms like the PAN IIM World Management Conference and INDAM.

Dr. Geethika’s research interests span a wide range of contemporary themes, including Leadership Talent, Emotions in the Workplace, Talent Identification, Digital Content Creation & Social Media Influencers, HR Analytics, Technology in HR, the Trait-State-Behavior (TSB) Paradigm, and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model.

Her research was recognized at the national level through the prestigious ‘IIM-K Scholars for Future’ Award, where her proposal was selected among the top three winning entries in India.
