Biography

Dr. Juhi Raghuvanshi is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), OP Jindal Global University, Haryana. Her expertise lies in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. Dr. Raghuvanshi completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the J. Herbert Smith Centre for Technology Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Engineering, University of New Brunswick (UNB), Canada.

She is a recipient of the prestigious Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Insight Grant, Canada. Prior to her current role, Dr. Raghuvanshi served as a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Her scholarly contributions are widely recognized, with numerous publications in leading international journals such as the Journal of Business Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Energy for Sustainable Development, Business Strategy and Development, and Benchmarking, and many more.

In addition to her publications, Dr. Raghuvanshi has presented her research at prominent management conferences across the globe. Her doctoral research explored the critical factors that enhance innovation capability within micro-enterprises, further solidifying her contribution to the field of entrepreneurship and innovation management.
