Dr. Sushruth Ravish was a post-doctoral fellow at IIT Bombay before joining JGBS. He holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore and a Master’s degree from SP Pune University, where he was awarded the SS Barlinagy Prize for obtaining the highest marks in MA (Philosophy).
He completed his PhD on Naturalizing Moral Epistemology at IIT Bombay. His area of specialization is in Metaethics and Epistemology. His current research interests are in exploring how public deliberation and collective reasoning contribute to moral inquiries. He has presented his papers at several international conferences and has published articles in national and international journals.
He is interested in the role of ethics in various professions and has conducted modules at various govt. institutes on Administrative and Judicial Ethics. He is committed to public philosophy and is a chess enthusiast.
