Amit Sinha

Amit Sinha is an Adjunct Faculty at JGBS. Amit Sinha holds BE degree from VNIT, Nagpur and M.Tech degree from IIT Chennai and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Sinha is a Management Consultant & Managing Partner at Panamax Indigram Advisors. Currently, his focus is on SME advisory services (general business areas – financial, strategic and operational) and advisory wherein he advises clients on two fronts:

a) M&A and Strategic advisory

b) Raising growth capital – Typical clients would be firms who are revenue levels of 30-50 crores, have a good traction and understanding of their business but are unable to grow because of lack of capital. This work requires devising growth strategies by understanding operational and marketing leverage points. The vision of the company and the objectives of the growth capital investor needs to be aligned for the transaction to fructify.

Mr. Sinha’s past experience has mainly been in strategy consulting to larger firms and BD and marketing advisory to SMEs. He has run and co-owned companies looking after all aspects of the business – business development, execution, out sourcing, online marketing, human resources management and has engaged with several large corporations at CXO level across diverse functions and industries for consulting work.
