Dr. Kriti Gupta is a licensed clinical psychologist, and for 5 years she has been directly engaged in catering to the needs of the students, especially those from the weaker section in Bihar, through teaching and counseling.
Kriti is a native of Allahabad (now Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh, and has obtained her graduation and post-graduation degrees from the University of Allahabad. After earning her M.Phil degree in Clinical psychology at IHBAS in New Delhi, she enrolled at Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT-Patna) to pursue her doctoral degree. Her Ph.D. thesis has presented quantitative and qualitative study of the ideal mental state, anasakti (non-attachment), ahamkara (ego), from the layman’s perspective, and using their philosophical descriptions from Bhagavadgita and Yogasutras.
