Prof. Divyangana Dhankar is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School, India where she teaches contract law, company law and corporate governance. She secured her Bachelor of Life Sciences and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi. Prof. Divyangana also has a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. Apart from legal qualifications, she holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a recommended course for Australian chartered secretaries and governance professionals.

Prof. Divyangana is a John W. Graham Fellow and Harry W. Arthurs Fellow at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Canada) for the year 2022. In 2021, Divyangana received the prestigious Australian Alumni Grant Scheme Award from the Australian Government for her comparative project to promote gender representation on corporate boards and in leadership. She is a dual qualified lawyer from India and Australia with an interest to strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations. Her professional affiliations include Associate Member at the Governance Institute of Australia and Fellow at the Centre for India Australia Studies. Prior to embarking her journey in academia, Prof. Divyangana worked with the Alternate Legal Technology Team at Allens (in alliance with Linklaters), Sydney.
