The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University in collaboration with Cyril Shroff Centre for AI, Law and Regulation, Jindal Global Law School organized a Guest Lecture on “Designing Future of Justice: Rethinking ODR from a System Design lens.” This session approaches dispute resolution from a systems design lens. Instead of focusing on the doctrinal nuances of mediation or arbitration, the session will explore how digital dispute resolution systems are designed, how disputes enter a platform, how workflows are structured, and how technology features support the resolution process.
