Kunal Kumar

Kunal graduated with B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He thereafter completed his LL.M. with a specialization in International Commercial Arbitration from Pepperdine University, California.

After completing his master’s, Kunal has worked with leading law firms such as Singh & Associates (New Delhi), Lex Indis Law Offices (New Delhi), Kochhar & Co. (Gurgaon), and Link Legal (New Delhi), in their disputes team.

As a commercial and construction specialist, Kunal has advised and represented clients in challenging a multi-billion arbitration award and disputes worth millions arising out of the construction, project, infrastructure, energy, and aviation sectors.

Kunal has also successfully handled/settled several high-profile matrimonial/family cases relating to divorce petitions, maintenance/ alimony issues, issues relating to guardianship/ custody, etc.
He has an experience of over eight years and has worked extensively on civil, commercial, corporate, criminal as well as matrimonial disputes, wherein he has also represented corporate as well as individual clients before various courts across India.

Kunal is also a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), Young Arbitrators Forum – International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC), and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
