Biography

Prof. Himanshu Agarwal is an Associate Professor at the Jindal Global Law School. He completed B.A. LL.B. in 2013 from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He litigated in several courts in New Delhi and was involved with capital defence work at Project 39A, National Law University, Delhi.

He has obtained an LL.M. from SOAS, University of London as a Chevening scholar, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He teaches legal methods and criminal psychology at JGLS. His research interests lie in criminal legal histories, psychology and law, and histories of punishment.

Prof. Himanshu, litigated in several courts in New Delhi and was involved with capital
defence work at Project 39A, National Law University, Delhi. Prof. Himanshu has obtained an LL.M. from SOAS, University of London as a Chevening scholar, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
